Sunderland of Scotland® is well known throughout Europe as a brand that represents the finest foul weather gear made for the golf market. Sunderland was founded in 1911 by P.T. (Toby) Sunderland as a clothing company. Sunderland began making golf apparel in 1932 and is a sponsor of the European Ryder Cup team, the Solheim Cup, The Walker Cup and is a PGA partner. Current customers of Sunderland apparel include Augusta National (The Masters), Pebble Beach and Pine Hurst.
Peter Scott® has been known since 1878 as producer of the finest cashmere and knit apparel in the world. The cashmere and lamb's wool sweaters differ from similar sweaters on the market because their wool is finished at Peter Scott's main knitting plant in Hawick on the banks of the Tweed River in the Scottish Borders. The Tweed is known as one of the world's great rivers for salmon and trout fishing, but in apparel circles, the river is known to have the softest water on earth. The soft water that is used to wash the fabrics is the difference between Peter Scott cashmere and lamb's wool sweaters and those of its competitors.
